Churn Number Reconnection

Celtel is offering to our churn customers the opportunity to recover their old numbers by providing the relevant ownership details (receipt or any other commercial documents).

If you don't have your old Celtel SIM card:

• Please visit any of the Celtel owned Shops in Freetown, Bo, Kenema, Makeni and Kono.
• You will have to buy a new SIM-pack with new SIM number.
• Your old number will be attached to the new SIM that you have bought and it will become valid within twenty four hours.
• You are advised to top this number within forty eight hours of reconnection.

If you still have your old Celtel SIM card:

• You are required to buy a new sim at the cost of Le 10,000.
• Your old number will be reconnected again within twenty four hours.
• You are advised to top up the number within forty eight hours of reconnection.
