Customer care support servicesWe run a well established customer care desk that handles concerns, queries and complaints from our numerous customers, operators and end users. We also disseminate information through this desk about our activities and other business support initiatives from time to time. After sales /Business support servicesTo enhance continuous and lasting relationship with our operators, we provide sales equipment such as roadside tables, umbrellas, kiosks depending on outlet location. We also brand outlets where this is required. Training for operatorsThe segment comprise of well trained staff that provide assistance, training and user manuals upon acquisition. This is followed by route visits to the various outlets to resolve any other issues that may arise. Tariff and pricing The community payphone tariff is granulated at 30 seconds, very competitive, attractive and below consumer tariff. This makes it more efficient and useful for our operators to maximize their business margins. In terms of pricing, we have provided an affordable call cost of le 300 for 30 seconds for on-net calls and le 500 for off-net calls. A foot pump power dynamo

Cost of payphonesIn living up to our promise of making life better, Celtel has made an offer of le 200,000 deposit per unit which is as a result of 468 % price discount from actual landing cost.
