Friends and Family

The official launch of the Reduced International Tariff and Friends and Family package took place at Mamba Point on Wednesday 8th February 2006.

The event started with a welcome address from Dr Julius Spencer of Premier Media, followed by the official launch of the Reduced International tariff and Friends and Family by the Finance Director Mr. Andy Jones.

Journalists were then briefed on how the Friends and Family product works by the Marketing Director Mr. Bernard Sisay, followed by questions from the journalists.

How does it work?

Register your five (5) favorite Celtel numbers by sending an SMS to 2888 and the change will be effective within 24 hours. Example of SMS to be sent.

“FF xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx”. *xxxxxx is the Celtel number you desire.

An introductory offer of 10 units per minute for five preferred Celtel numbers is only for one month.
